Tracy Kraft | 401 E Fifth Street

It’s so amazing what a little color and texture can do to draw focus to beauty. Tracy continues to liven up the EPA building in the historic Oregon District with her interior design.

Tracy is an energetic designer with strong space planning skills and an eye for color.  She has both commercial and residential design project experience.  She has received Associates Degrees from Sinclair Community College in both Commercial Art Technology and Interior Design.  Most recently she is the winner in two categories in California Paints color challenge in 2011.  Tracy has participated in the Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association’s Designer Show House in 2010 and 2009.  She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers and Dayton Society of Interior Designers.  She is an active member of the South Park Historic District and participated in the AIA 150’s Blueprint for South Park.
